It is very important that
you be as candid and honest as possible when you fill out this
online application. Keep your answers brief and concise; yet creative
and descriptive. Please do not write what you think we want to
see. At some point, we may ask for verification of any written
representation you make (classes taken, work experience) or present
you with follow-up questions. All "finalists" will be
interviewed by telephone. We want to be sure you know exactly
what working with us in Hawaii will be like and we also want to
be certain that your expectations and goals will be met. There
are no "wrong" answers.
